Several of the nation wake up to Dermot on 98FM, and it was a chance encounter with a dodgy radio dial that made us realise that either Ian Dempsey's voice had mysteriously gone back to not having broken, or they'd let the bloke from the Offside Show back into the media. Since then - let's be serious - the Limerick native has been the best new addition to the team since Neil Delamere (not counting Mairead because she arrived at roughly the same time). Equally skilled with a perverse position on a subject, and with catching the tone of his co-Panelistas and developing the themes charmingly.
